User experience is my foundation, with over a decade of focusing on humans in the digital space (and beyond!). Digital Analytics and Business Intelligence is no exception. The way we experience and understand the wealth of numbers available is the difference between success and a wasted investment.

I believe in the democratisation of data. It's no longer the sole domain of big companies & big budgets, but all businesses have the opportunity to be data driven (and data smart) to see tangible results in customer experience, efficiency and the bottom line.

    Gained a deep understanding of Google's measurement tools, and how they assist businesses through intelligent data collection and analysis. Expired in 2018.

    Led online marketing and website strategies through client collaboration and workshops. Developed, implemented and ran our Client Success Programs.
