We researched industry leaders and competitors and joined forums to see what others in the industry were discussing – so we could create relevant and engaging content.

We outlined the BBS digital ecosystem, to ensure we were utilising all the touchpoints needed to reach our target audience.

We devised a strategy to manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, after determining this is where their people were.

The strategy outlined our plan to create social media content around craft brewing and the equipment that is on offer and has been previously installed. 

Our key aim was to encourage community involvement through behind the scenes stories and fun facts, to get people talking and engaging with their content.

We then created a content schedule, so BBS could see how many posts would go out each week and the daily themes we were working off.

Email Marketing Strategy and Nurturing Leads

This included setting up a Mailerlite account and implementing an eDM strategy, including monthly newsletters and automations based on Lead Generation Campaigns.

The newsletters include news and updates from the team, project highlights to outline success stories and pro tips with bonus tools created by the BBS team.

Downloadable Resources for Lead Gen

With the help of the BBS team, we created factsheets, handy tools, guidebooks, checklists and other resources to set up downloads and nurturing sequences, to attract new leads.

This includes Case Studies, Production Calculation Tools, and a ‘How to Plan Your Brewery’ Guidebook.’ We built landing pages on their website to collect email addresses prompting the download. We also shared these landing pages in both organic and paid lead generation campaigns. 

We then set up segmented email automations to follow up contact and stay front of mind. This allows BBS to retarget potential new customers.
